We’re Charla and Shannon—partners in life, business, and just about every adventure in between. At the time of this writing, we’ve been married nearly eight years, and if opposites really do attract, we’re living proof. Shannon is the outgoing, hands-on extrovert who never met a stranger. I (Charla) tend to keep things a little more behind-the-scenes—until it comes to business, that is.

I’m bold when it counts—especially when it comes to helping others grow. Whether I’m consulting with a small business owner or mentoring someone through a personal breakthrough, I find purpose in helping people move from where they are to where they want to be.
